About
Strategy-to-Code Builder
based in Japan

My Story
I've spent 12 years in the building materials industry — from factory floors to boardrooms. Today I work in corporate strategic planning and write production code: a combination that rarely exists in one person.
My path added one layer at a time: production engineering in Japan, factory management in Vietnam, product planning for a premium window business, UX design training (EQF Level 7), and PLM data architecture. Hands-on manufacturing, global operations, business design, human-centered research, data modeling.
The turning point was AI. I had the ideas and the design training, but kept hitting the implementation wall. AI-assisted development broke it: I solo-built a 143K-line data platform in 50 days — 430x faster than the system it replaced — and an expense automation platform that 70+ people now use every day.
Now I design how AI works rather than just use it: a 12-agent AI organization governed by constitutional rules, evolved over 30 versions and 18,000+ logged actions. My principle is simple — build things that keep working without me, and spend human time on judgment, alignment, and shipping.
Toolkit
Three layers of forward-deployed work: defining the problem, making the design decisions, and shipping at AI speed — on a foundation of UX research and manufacturing domain knowledge.
Career
2026 - Present
Strategic planning for a housing technology division — and I build what I plan: an expense automation platform used daily by 70+ people (investment recovered in about a month), and a 12-agent AI organization handling research, drafting, and verification under constitutional governance.
2024 - 2026
Solo-rebuilt legacy product master data management as a cloud-native platform: 143K lines of code, 51 BigQuery tables, 999 product specifications × 58 attributes, 430x faster queries. Designed, implemented, tested (139 automated tests, 100% pass) and documented (5,400-line developer guide).
2020 - 2024
Launched the back office of a premium imported window business, designing the entire quotation-to-order workflow solo. Completed a UX Designer diploma (EQF Level 7) at OpenClassrooms in parallel — the research foundation I still use for problem definition.
2018 - 2020
Production Deputy Manager at a manufacturing subsidiary in Ho Chi Minh City — managing local teams across cultures and languages, and learning how global operations actually run.
2014 - 2018
Built IoT-enabled production lines and managed manufacturing operations for window products. The foundation of everything since: systems thinking learned on the factory floor.
